He soon kickstarted a tele-rickshaw project in Indore by linking auto-rickshaws through mobile app and telecall network, and in no time rose to fame.

Not just that, he also helped in empowering the wives and other family-members of auto-rickshaw operators by connecting them with self-help groups for skill development sessions so they could be self employed.

Moreover, Karanvir worked elaborately to get toilets constructed in state-run schools in Indore. Apart from getting an overseas grant , he got school teachers and panchayat members to encourage the project as well. At 26 years of age, it's no mean feat to be making such a difference to peoples' lives and taking India to places.
