Drug kingpin Joaquín Guzmán Loera, aka "El Chapo" or "Shorty," has been caught, Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto said on Twitter on Friday.

El Chapo escaped from a Mexican prison through an underground tunnel over the summer.
