Here are the global corporations with the best company culture, according to employees

The workplace culture site Comparably used anonymous employee ratings of workers in different large companies, or those with over 500 employees, to find the best corporate cultures.

Because the list is about companies with the best global company culture, the places that made the ranking are those that are "the highest-rated workplace cultures of large companies (more than 500 employees) with an international footprint," according to Comparably.

For this ranking, employee ratings were from March 2021 through March 2022. 

"Winners were determined based on employee feedback to a combination of workplace culture questions in nearly 20 categories, including compensation, leadership, and professional development opportunities to work-life balance, perks and benefits," Comparably wrote.

Based on this method, tech employers Microsoft, IBM, and Google made up the top three spots.
