Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden briefly addressed the nation early Wednesday morning at a drive-in event at the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware.

Greeted by cheers and honks, Biden projected confidence about his electoral chances.

"We feel good about where we are, we really do," Biden said. "We believe we're on track to win this election ... it ain't over until every vote is counted."

The former vice president said his campaign is confident in the outcome in Arizona and Minnesota and "still in the game in Georgia." He added that he feels optimistic about winning Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

"Keep the faith, guys, we're going to win this," Biden concluded.

As of early Wednesday morning, the presidential race was far from over. Large portions of the vote in critical battleground states remained outstanding, according to Insider and Decision Desk HQ.

State election officials say it could be days before they're able to report results in the key battleground states of Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. While Fox News called Arizona for Biden on Tuesday night, no other major decision desks have done the same.
