- When Kirk said there were "still plenty of pending legal challenges" to the results of the election, Rivera cut in, saying, "That's so dishonest!"
- "For six weeks we have litigated this," Rivera said. "You have to stop this."
The Fox News correspondent-at-large Geraldo Rivera called out the conservative commentator Charlie Kirk on Monday night for continuing to dispute the results of the 2020 election, telling him, "You have to stop this."
Rivera and Kirk were brought onto Martha MacCallum's Fox News show in a video subsequently reshared by The Daily Beast.
The two - both Trump supporters - gave their thoughts on the speech given that evening by President-elect Joe Biden after the Electoral College confirmed his victory over President Donald Trump.
While Rivera said Trump was damaging "the fabric of our democracy" by dragging out the election, Kirk said serious questions about the vote count had yet to be addressed.
"Why were signature processes changed in Georgia?" Kirk said. "What exactly happened with people being shut out from voting tabulation process? Joe Biden mentioned in his speech that some of this was discussed in court. Some of these by the way, are still being played out. There are still plenty of pending legal challenges."
Rivera then cut Kirk off, saying: "That's so dishonest!"
Rivera later pointed out that the outgoing attorney general, William Barr, had gone on the record to say the Justice Department found no evidence of voter fraud that could change the results of the election.

"For six weeks we have litigated this. For six weeks. Twice the Supreme Court of the United States have rejected it, nine to nothing, including all three Trump associate justices. You have to stop this," Rivera said.
"Enough is enough."
Kirk got the last word, ending the debate by saying: "I believe for the future of our country, and for the goodness of our republic these questions must be answered or else you're going to have tens of millions of people that will never trust another election again."
