Alexis Ohanian doesn't mind living in the shadow of his famous wife.

On Thursday, the Reddit co-founder posted a video to social media, showing a car full of women stopping him on the street in New York City to give their best wishes to his wife, tennis star Serena Williams.

In the video, Ohanian says he had just gotten out of a meeting, in what appears to be the Financial District, when the women called him over.

The women start screaming when he pans the camera towards them.

"We love you Serena! Yes, black girl magic!" the driver yells as she snaps her fingers.

"Usually people pitch me their startup when they spot me out in the wild," Ohanian wrote on Twitter. "This last week, they all want me to pass along a message to my wife."

"Can't say I hate it," he adds.

Ohanian and Williams married in November, two months after Serena gave birth to their first child, daughter Alexis Ohanian Jr.

Williams made her return to tennis this past May at the French Open, getting as far as the fourth round before having to drop out due to an injury. After some rest, she competed in Wimbledon, losing in the finals to Angelique Kerber of Germany in a game that was attended by her good friend, the new Duchess of Sussex.

She'll take on her sister, Venus, in the third round of the US Open on Friday night. Ohanian will no doubt be in the family box to watch his wife and sister-in-law duke it out.
