The Vishnu Prakash R Punglia IPO opened on August 24 and closed on August 28. The price band for the IPO was ₹94 to ₹99 per share.

On the last day, the Vishnu Prakash R Punglia IPO was subscribed 87.82 times, receiving bids for 192.58 crore equity shares against 2.19 crore shares on offer.

While the qualified institutional buyer portion was subscribed 171.69 times, the non-institutional investors portion was subscribed 111.03 times. The retail portion witnessed good participation and was subscribed 32.01 times. Additionally, the employee portion was subscribed 12.97 times.
