When the body is deprived of glucose, it becomes very difficult to stay alert and focused. Therefore, our attention span is at its worst on an empty stomach. Fruits also boost alertness and helps in being productive. Reduction of dependence on caffeine and intake of coconut water and complex carbohydrates also boost productivity,” says Lovneet Batra, Cheif Nutritionistof Fortis La Femme hospital in Delhi.
