GIGABYTE on Wednesday announced the launch of the AORUS CO49DQ ultra-wide QD-OLED gaming monitor in India. The AORUS CO49DQ is a premium monitor aimed at gamers and professionals.The GIGABYTE AORUS CO49DQ comes with an AI-based OLED care algorithm to avoid screen burn issues. This also offers preset adjustments for the monitor. GIGABYTE is offering a 3-year warranty with the monitor, which also covers panel burn-in.
“India has always been a crucial market for us. We are thrilled to introduce the AORUS CO49DQ QD-OLED monitor here. This monitor is crafted with the needs of gamers, creators, and professionals in mind, providing ample screen space for their tasks,” said Supriya Gawde Mankame, assistant general manager, GIGABYTE India.

GIGABYTE AORUS CO49DQ features and specifications
The GIGABYTE AORUS CO49DQ features a huge 49-inch extra-wide curved QD-OLED display with a 5120 x 1440 pixels Dual Quad High Definition (DQHD) resolution and 32:9 aspect ratio.

The ultra-wide screen offers dual functionality with an equivalent area of two 16:9 monitors. The 1800R radius curvature offers gamers a more natural viewing angle, aimed at offering an immersive experience without the distraction of screen edges.
The AORUS CO49DQ offers a 144Hz refresh rate and a response time of 0.03ms GtG, making it a great option for fast-paced action-packed games. The monitor comes with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 standard compliance, ensuring impressive colour accuracy and contrast ratio, making it an ideal choice not just for gaming but also for professional tasks that require precise colour representation such as video editing or music production.
The AORUS CO49DQ comes with a KVM switch that allows users to quickly toggle between multiple devices using one keyboard and mouse. It also offers Picture-in-Picture (PiP) and Picture-By-Picture (PbP) modes that offer improved multitasking.
The monitor supports HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 ports. It comes with a built-in five-watt speaker.
