The 50 Companies Young People Want To Work For The Most
In the fight for talent, how potential hires see a company and how much they want to work there can be the difference between success and failure.
In a new study, employer branding agency Universum GLOBAL asked 200,000 business and engineering students - some of the most in-demand fields today - the company they considered to be their ideal employer.
For both business and engineering students, Google was the top pick. Its lavish campuses, unique perks, and vaunted culture give it a sharp edge when it comes to hiring.
The top ranked companies were those perceived as offering the best professional training and development, as well as the most secure employment.
