Reddit cofounder Alexis Ohanian was one of the first Tesla customers to receive his Cybertruck — and he's a big fan so far.
The first Cybertrucks were finally delivered to around a dozen customers at a November 30 launch at an event at Tesla's headquarters in Austin, Texas. Alongside Ohanian at the event were VC founder Phillip Sarofim and a handful of others who haven't been identified, Business Insider previously reported.
And despite the Cybertruck's design being polarizing, Ohanian says he loves it. He told the The Verge's Command Line newsletter that it "handles even better" than his Tesla model X and is spacious enough to fit his two kids and two large dogs.
"As a big fella, this is the first car that really feels comfortable to me," Ohanian told Command Line.
He also called it "futuristic feeling," comparing it to the APC from the movie "Aliens," a fictional armored tactical vehicle.

Ohanian shared some of his first impressions of the vehicle last week in a video post on X, in which he said the vehicle runs smoothly, "smells nice," and is "big but not unwieldy."

Business Insider reached out to Ohanian for further comment.
Meanwhile, Ohanian's wife, tennis star Serena Williams is emphasizing her loyalty to a different car company — Lincoln, which she's long been partnered with.

"Don't be mistaken, I ride with my @lincoln family…in all stages of my life," Williams said in an Instagram post on Monday.
Ohanian was also included in one of the photos with the Lincoln.
