As residency norms get easier, more people are considering relocating to nations that offer safety, permanent residency and low cost of living.
In fact, a lot of nations also offer residency, in exchange for an investment made in the real estate sector. For instance, Colombia offers permanent residency to foreign nationals who are willing to invest over ₹1 crore for a property.
Here are the countries where you can migrate.
Panama

Its Friendly Nations visa allows citizens from nearly 50 countries — including the United States, Japan and Australia to avail fast-track permanent residency. It however requires candidates to make a property investment of $200,000 (₹1.46 crore).
