World's biggest brewer may buy rival for $245 billion

The world's biggest brewer AB InBev is considering buying off its largest rival SABMiller in a whopping $245 billion deal."The board of SABMiller notes the recent press speculation and confirms that Anheuser-Busch InBev has informed SABMiller that it intends to make a proposal to acquire SABMiller," an official statement from the British group read.
AB InBev confirmed their move. However it insisted there was ‘no certainty’ of a deal.
SABMiller’s shares jumped around 1/5th of its value while AB InBev’s jumped around 8%.
