BlackBerry delivered devastating earning results for last quarter. The company lost nearly $1 billion and only shipped 3.7 million smartphones. (And most of those were older models, not ones running the BlackBerry 10 operating system that was supposed to save the company.)

Meanwhile, BlackBerry is in the process of going private. It accepted a $4.7 billion offer from Fairfax Holdings to go private.
