India’s Engineering Major L&T Acquires Dell’s Engineering Services Division

Dell Engineering Services has delivery centers in Illinois, Iowa and Texas in the US and Bangalore and Hyderabad in India.”
The American division of Dell Engineering Services will become a part of L&T Technology Services’ North America Offsite Delivery center and will have the headquarter in Peoria, Illinois. The company through the deal will now have greater access to the customer base of Dell Engineering Services and will enjoy a better share in the $4 billion transportation ER&D market.
