TVS launched the improved iQube electric scooter in May, the successor of its first iQube scooter in the country. The electric scooter has been launched in three variants – the basic iQube, the iQube S and the premium iQube ST.

The three variants come with some differences in terms of specifications and performance. The major includes the available colors, range, charging time and storage capacity.

If you are looking to buy the TVS iQube and are confused about which variant to buy, we have compared the three variants to help you decide which one is the most suitable for your needs.
TVS iQube vs iQube S vs iQube ST – price
The on-road price of the TVS iQube and iQube S is ₹1,15,293 and ₹1,21,413 respectively. This does not include the cost of the charger and it is priced at ₹9,450.

At present, TVS has not revealed the price of the iQube ST. It is expected to be priced at around ₹1,40,000.

The TVS iQube and iQube S offer a range of 100 km. The premium iQube ST offers a range of 145 km on a single charge.

While the TVS iQube and iQube S are equipped with the same battery back and take the same to charge from 0 to 80%, the iQube ST comes with a bigger battery back and also supports faster charging.

Do note that you will likely have to pay a higher amount to purchase the 950W and 1500W chargers.
TVS iQube vs iQube S vs iQube ST – performance


All three variants of the TVS iQube are equipped with a BLDC hub-mounted motor that delivers a peak power of 4.5 kW and 140 nm of torque. While the iQube and iQube S offer a top speed of 78 km per hour, the iQube ST offers a slightly higher top speed of 82 km per hour.

All three variants of the iQube go from 0 to 40 km per hour in just 4.2 seconds.

The display is another important area where the three scooters differ.

While the basic iQube comes with a 5-inch TFT display, the iQube S and iQube ST come with a 7-inch TFT display. The iQube S and iQube ST are equipped with a 5-way joystick to control the display. What sets the premium iQube ST apart is that it is the only variant to come with a touchscreen, making it easier to interact with the vehicle.

The TVS iQube and iQube S offer an under-seat storage capacity of 17 liters, which is enough to store one full size helmet. The iQube ST offers 32 liters of storage capacity, allowing you to store two full size helmets at once.
