GATE 2020: IIT-D to release admit cards today, download @gate.iitd.ac.in

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi is expected to release the admit cards for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2020 today i.e January 3, 2020.

Applicants can download the admit cards from the official website at gate.iitd.ac.in.

IIT-Delhi initiated the registration process on September 3 and the examination will be held on four dates — February 1,2,8 and 9 — in 2020.

Over 800,000 candidates applied for the GATE examination this year. The exam will be held in eight sessions — including two sessions each for Civil and Mechanical engineering examinations.

This year’s exam will be conducted by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore along with seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) — Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, and Roorkee campuses.

Here’s how to download admit card for GATE 2020:

• Visit the official website gate.iitd.ac.in.
  
• Click on the link that says “GATE 2020 Admit Card.”
  
• Fill in the registration number and password.
  
• Download the admit card for future reference.
