Chase's online banking isn't working ... and rent's due

People on are complaining that they aren't able to log into Chase.com or the bank's mobile application.

The bank acknowledged that their customers are having difficulties on Twitter [via CNBC].

We know some customers are experiencing difficulties logging in to http://t.co/j0yg9kleOX. We're working on it and we'll update you soon.

It's the first of the month, meaning many people will have rent checks due.

The complaints are coming in on Twitter.
