The recent controversy surrounding FIFA isn't stopping the release of a film documenting the association's rise. "United Passions" highlights FIFA's presidents including Sepp Blatter. It cost $30 million to make and is largely funded by FIFA itself.  The film received bad reviews at Cannes, with many wondering how FIFA could afford to fund such an expensive self-indulgent project.
