Record 60 COVID-19 cases in Amravati on Sat, count now 855

Amravati (Maha), Jul 11 () The COVID-19 count in Amravati reached 855 on Saturday as 60 people tested positive for novel coronavirus, a single-day record for the district, an official said.

While 25 cases were detected in the morning, 21 were recorded in the evening, and 14 late night, taking the count for the day beyond the 35-case jump witnessed on June 28, he added.
