LinkedIn, one of India's most liked employers, has earned itself one of the best reputation across the world in terms of the work culture it manifests, its work standards as well as employee productivity that it reflects. These are the reasons why students and professionals, especially in India, aspire to work with this company.
However, not everyone is privy to what LinkedIn looks for while hiring. In a chat withRadha Shreeniwas , HR Business Partner, Director at LinkedIn , this woman leader shared with Business Insider exclusively some of the qualities that can help you land a job at LinkedIn.

1) You have to be the best in your game
"We have a very rigorous interviewing process. If somebody is joining our Technology team for instance, they better be one of the best Technologists out there. Our leadership is very hands on and extremely active. Leaders just don't give out orders, they are coders themselves and they develop some great things. We really focus on knowing those skills extremely well."
2) You have to fit into the LinkedIn Culture well
"We also look for candidates who will fit our culture perfectly."
