On April Fools Day, we expect brands to pull a prank on their consumers, launch fake products, misdirect them into hoaxes or our least favourite strategy, remind them to not be a fool.

However, we are living in unprecedented times -- it almost feels like life is pulling a prank on all of us and nobody is in the mood to get punked right now.

Netflix India, like always, has pulled out its trump card and is swimming away from the prevailing tide. It is celebrating ‘April Feels Day’ instead.

In its latest advertisement, the platform is asking people to spare the fools. It reminds the audience how they can rather spend a ‘warm and fuzzy day’ by watching their content that is like ‘Garam Chai for your soul.’

Netflix India took to Instagram and said, “You get feels, you get feels and you sir, YOU ALL GET FEELS.”

It referred to some of its well-known heart-warming sequences such as the Bus scene from Sex Education, Welcome Home Party for Dustin in Stranger Things, Wedding vows in Brooklyn Nine Nine, Dhruv and Kavya’s hug before he leaves for Hyderabad, and when Gaitonde asks Jojo to ‘cuss for the last time’ in Sacred Games, and last but not the least, 3 idiot’s iconic ‘All is Well’ plot.

The platform subtly reminds you that ‘All will be Well’ as it is sending ‘Full Feels’ your way.
