Students who want to get into the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and other premier engineering institutes will soon be receiving readily accessible resources for their preparation from the government.
The Indian government is reportedly set to provide free of cost study material, including different media like a dedicated website, a YouTube channel and three free-to-air TV channels which will be aired on Doordarshan.
As per sources, the launch would be announced around August 15.
This move is aimed to help students battle the stress of getting into premier engineering institutes, sometimes so serious that students choose the path of self-harm and suicide. Not only this, it would also help curb the viciously growing coaching institutes that charge lakhs of rupees in the name of coaching.

Moreover, top 100 JEE rankers will also be asked to share tips with aspiring students so that they can solve maximum questions in less time.
