Biden says 'it's hard to get a word in with this clown' after Trump interrupts him

  • After another episode of getting cut off and shouted over by President Donald Trump, Democratic nominee Joe Biden briefly lost his cool during Tuesday's debate.
  • "It's hard to get any word in with this clown," he said.
  • Biden then caught himself and said, "Excuse me, this person."
  • Moderator Chris Wallace kept trying to keep Trump to his campaign's agreement on allowing for two minutes of uninterrupted speaking time, but to no avail.

Trump kept hectoring Biden and cutting him off, specifically invoking the name of Biden's lone remaining son, Hunter.

"It's hard to get any word in with this clown," Biden said. "Excuse me, this person."

Earlier in the night, Biden asked Trump, "Would you shut up, man?" after the president repeatedly interrupted him during the first 20 minutes of the debate.
