Prosecutor: Freddie Gray's death ruled a homicide, police officers charged

Prosecutors ruled that Freddie Gray's death was a homicide.

"We have probable cause to file criminal charges," State attorney Marilyn Mosby said at a press conference.

All 6 officers involved have been charged in Freddie Gray's police-custody death.
