It's no wonder a few escape every so often to set up their own business.

Kerstin Heider, (on the left in the picture) a former banker at Credit Suisse and HSBC, did exactly that after finding a career in banking could be "not very fulfilling."

She took the plunge with a friend to start a company that makes cayenne-pepper-infused health drinks, called Nix & Kix.
