C'garh: 8 COVID-19 patients discharged after recovery so far
Raipur, Apr 5 () A COVID-19 patient, who wasadmitted to a hospital in Chhattisgarh's Rajnandgaon districtwas discharged on Sunday after complete recovery, officialshere said.

A total four COVID-19 patients were discharged fromhospitals on Sunday in the state.

With this, the tally of discharged patients hasreached eight in the state while the number of active casesare two.

"While three patients, including two women, weredischarged from All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS) Raipur this morning, another was discharged fromRajnandgaon Medical College following their recovery," anofficial here said.

All of them, aged between 21-25 years, had returnedfrom abroad, he said.

The two active cases are now a 21-year-old man, whohad returned from London and was admitted on March 31, and a16-year- old Tablighi Jamaat member, both from Korba district.

Both are undergoing treatment at AIIMS, he said.
