Apple just launched a new Twitter account
Twitter's been around for a decade now, but Apple on Thursday finally decided it would be a good idea to offer customer support through the social network like so many other companies that have done this for years.
Now, you can follow @AppleSupport to learn more about Apple products and services, including tips, tricks, and tutorials.
The new account, which went live Thursday morning at 8 a.m. ET, also says it will help answer customers' questions.
