HTC India Starts Rolling Android KitKat Update For One Series Of Phones

We were hoping that the KitKat update for HTC One and rest of the series would role out in Jan. Now, HTC has started rolling updates for One series of phones, which includes HTC One, One Dual-SIM, One Max and One Mini. Users with these phone can goto the settings menu, press the About tab and then click software update to receive the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat software.
The file is about 330MB in size and one can download it over the air using Wi-Fi or 3G services. Apart from taking care of some the bugs, the new upgrade has features such as cloud print service, improved memory management and security enhancements. Multi-tasking should get a boost and apps should open faster. Users can also open and save files on additional 25GB ofGoogle drive storage space with KitKat upgrade.
