Netflix CEO Reed Hastings' company will be reporting its second-quarter results Monday afternoon.

Netflix will release its second-quarter results after the bell on Monday, and analysts have high hopes for the report.

Here's what Wall Street is expecting, on average, and how those expectations compare with the company's results from the same period last year:

• Revenue: $3.94 billion. In second quarter last year, Netflix posted $2.79 billion in sales.
• Earnings per share: 79.4 cents. In the second quarter of 2017, it earned 15 cents a share.
• Subscriber additions: 1.21 in the US and 5.06 million internationally, according to Bloomberg. In the second quarter last year, it added 1.07 million US subscribers and 4.14 international ones.

Netflix's shares were up $5.75 cents, or about 1%, to $401.55 in late trading Monday. The stock is up nearly 150% over the last year.
