Pokemon Go is giving players one of the features they've been asking for
It's no secret that "Pokémon Go" has been in desperate need of new features for awhile now. It's still one of the biggest mobile games of all-time, but you don't see people playing it on every street corner in major cities like you did when the game launched back in July.
Thanks to its newest update, you might have a little more incentive to play "Pokémon Go" again. The update adds a feature fans have probably been clamoring for since day one: daily bonuses.

Here's how it works:
- If you catch a Pokémon every day, you'll get 500 additional experience points and 600 stardust.
- You'll get 2,000 experience points and 2,400 stardust for catching a Pokémon seven days in a row.
- If you spin the disc at a Pokéstop every day, you'll get 500 experience points and more items.
- You'll get 2,000 experience points and even more items for spinning a Pokéstop disc seven days in a row.
Put simply, daily bonuses exist in online video games as a way to incentivize repeated play. This is a very easy, common-sense way to get people to play "Pokémon Go" every day.
It should also help solve the problem where leveling up past level 20 is an insufferable grind. Getting extra experience points just for doing the same things you normally do every day will hopefully make it a lot easier to get past the hump.
