Following is a transcript of the video.

This is Hurrican Dorian. On Wednesday it approached Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. It is expected to intensify later this week as it approaches the Bahamas and Florida.

Right now, Dorian has max wind speeds near 75 mph. And is expected to strengthen to a Category 3 hurricane by the weekend.

Weather forecasts currently predict it will make landfall over Florida by Monday. The storm could bring 10 inches of rainfall in some areas of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Florida Peninsula, and the Bahamas.

President Trump has signed an emergency declaration for Puerto Rico. And Florida Governor Ron DeSantis urged residents to prepare.
