Apple is all set to virtually host the Spring Loaded event, the company’s first event of 2021. Apple is expected to announce a bunch of hardware and the event and it will be livestreamed from the company’s campus in Cupertino, California.

Apple is expected to unveil the next-generation iPad, iMac, Apple TV and more at the event. The company is also expected to reveal the iOS 14.5 update for the iPhone and iPad.

Apple iPad Pro



Apple is expected to unveil a new iPad Pro at the event in two variants – 11-inch and 12.9-inch. The new iPad Pro is expected to look similar to its predecessor and feature a dual camera module. The new iPad Pro will feature a new Apple chip and come with 5GmmWave support.

The 12.9-inch iPad Pro is expected to feature the new mini-LED display which is reported to offer better wide colour gamut performance with high contrast and HDR.

Along with the iPad Pro, the company is also expected to announce the Apple Pencil 3 at the event.

2021 iMac

In addition to the iPad Pro, the company is also expected to announce the 2021 iMac with a new design, featuring narrow bezels. It is expected to be equipped with the Apple M1 chip that was used for the MacBook last year.

The 2021 iMac is expected to be available in the same color options as the 2020 iPad Air. This means we can expect it to be available in Silver, Space Grey, Rose Gold, Sky Blue and Green colour options.

Apple TV



A new Apple TV with the A12X chip and a redesigned remote is expected to be unveiled at today’s event. It will likely be made available in 64GB and 128GB storage variants.

AirTags, the much-awaited Bluetooth tags from Apple are also expected to be unveiled today. They are expected to be equipped with UWB (ultra-wideband) technology found on the iPhone 12 series and will allow you to track items that it has been attached to using your iPhone.

AirPods 3



Apple is also expected to unveil the third generation AirPods with a similar design as the AirPods Pro. While it is not expected to feature active noise cancellation, it is expected to offer better batter life.
