As expected, Apple
unveiled the new iPhone SE alongside the iPad Air 5th gen and Mac Studio at its March 8 event, apart from a new green colour variant of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro series.
The new iPhone SE – the third device in the ‘SE’ line up – is the star of the show, offering the latest Apple silicon in an affordable package. The iPad Air 5th generation, on the other hand, offers minor upgrades and retains the same display and Touch ID sensor, but gets an upgraded chipset and 5G support.
The iPhone maker also took the wraps off the Apple M1 Ultra chipset, the most powerful chipset from the company till date.

New iPhone SE price in India
Initially rumoured as the iPhone SE 3 and iPhone SE 5G, Apple has chosen to stick to the numberless branding, calling the third-gen device as just the new iPhone SE.
The new iPhone SE price in India starts at ₹43,900 for the base variant with 64GB storage. The 128GB and 256GB models are priced at ₹48,900 and ₹58,900, respectively.
For comparison, the iPhone SE 2020 launch price in India was ₹42,500.
iPad Air 5th gen price in India
The iPad Air 5th gen packs in the latest Apple A15 Bionic processor and comes with 5G support. It has a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display and a Touch ID sensor, along with a 12MP front facing camera.
iPad Air 5th gen price in India starts at ₹54,900 for the Wi-Fi variant with 64GB storage, and ₹68,900 for the 256GB variant.
The Wi-Fi + cellular model starts at ₹68,900 for the 64GB variant, and ₹82,900 for the 256G variant.
Apple also has other accessories like the second-generation Pencil, priced at ₹10,900. The Magic Keyboard has been priced at ₹27,900, the Smart Keyboard Folio at ₹15,900 and the Smart Folio at ₹7,500.
Mac Studio price in India
Lastly, the Mac Studio was the final hardware launch at the event. It is powered by the new Apple M1 Ultra chipset with support for up to 20 cores, with up to 128GB of memory and a wide range of ports, including USB C, Thunderbolt 4, a 10Gb Ethernet port and more.
Apple also launched a new monitor to go with the Mac Studio, called the Studio Display.
The Mac Studio price in India starts at ₹1,89,900, while the Studio Display is priced at ₹1,59,900.
