The head of the infamous D-company had to feature in the list. Son of a Maharashtra constable, Dawood is accused of the most destructive bomb explosions in Indian history – the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts. He is also believed to be involved in the 26/11 Mumbai terror strikes.

This Pakistani Mujaheddin leader has waged a war on India in the Kashmir valley.
However, Maulana came into the limelight after he was released from captivity as India was forced to trade-off the lives of passengers in a hijacked Indian Airlines flight. The hijack saw a dead passenger, a few others injured and three militants being released from Indian captivity.
Since then Maulana has led many anti-India operations, including the attack on the Indian parliament in 2001.
