- Apple fell over 8% in after-hours trading after earnings results disappointed investors. Though it beat expectations on revenue and EPS, Apple had a huge miss on iPhone sales. It sold 51 million units which was lower than sell-side expectations of 54.7 million.

- The CEO of Bitcoin exchange BitInstant, Charlie Shrem, was arrested for money laundering. Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss backed his company and say they're "obviously deeply concerned about his arrest."
