A Steve Jobs musical is coming in 2017

"The (R)evolution of Steve Jobs" will focus on the late entrepreneur's life, as well as his relationship with his wife Laurene Powell Jobs, and his daughter who he rejected for much of her childhood.
Work on the opera will start this year, with the first workshop to be held in September.

Composer Mason Bates is behind the project. He's also a DJ, and previously created a piece of music, "Omnivorous Furniture," which combines an orchestra with electronica music.
