The ROG X13 laptop is a 2-in-1 device that runs on AMD Ryzen 9 processor. It was launched globally in February this year, while in India, the laptop was launched in May and the XG Mobile launched today. The addition of XG Mobile to the laptop will boost the speed and make it a gaming beast. The eGPU not only improves gaming performance but also the overall performance of the laptop.
The unit comes with a built-in adapter that can power both the eGPU and the laptop. The XG Mobile consumes 150W power to deliver its full potential.
The eGPU can be unplugged when not in use and it is easily portable along with the laptop because of its compact and lightweight form factor. The Flow X13 laptop and the XG Mobile weigh 2.3kg in total, which is lighter than many gaming laptops.
If you have or are planning to buy the ASUS ROG Flow X13 laptop, you have the option to add the XG Mobile eGPU to boost the graphic performance of the laptop. Unfortunately, the XG Mobile is not compatible with other laptops made by ASUS or any other manufacturer.
